HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE I AM?
Good question! Please check out our “SIZE GUIDE” page under “THE S.TORY” tab in the Main Menu. Still not sure? No problem! Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your measurements (bra size i.e. 34C / dress size i.e. 2 / jeans size i.e. 26) and which items you’re scoping out and we will try to advise you as best as we can! If you have photos to attach, that helps us even more. Happy shopping!
I'M GOING TO TAHITI IN 5 DAYS AND NEED MY BIKINI ASAP! HELP!
We love vacations, and want to tag along! If you need a rush order, please email contact@storystandards BEFORE placing your order. We do offer Rush Processing/Shipping at checkout, but please let us know so we can and look out for your order! We’re based out of Hawai’i, so please take into consideration that our “overnight shipping” isn’t so “overnight” to most places. It depends what time of day we are able to get your order ready and on the way to you, so please email us for confirmation before clicking “BUY.” Thank you, and don’t forget to tag @storystandards on your vacay posts!
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
We ship out orders every Monday and Wednesday. So if you place your order on Friday, for example, it would leave our Hawai’i office on Monday. We ship via USPS and offer Standard Shipping (FREE on orders over $175), Priority Mail (usually arrives within 3 days of shipping date), International Shipping (varies according to country) and Rush Delivery (overnight or 2-day delivery available). Just a friendly reminder that if you are requesting a Rush Delivery, please email email@example.com BEFORE placing your order to let us know when you need your package by and we’ll try our best to assist you!

MY ORDER DOESN'T FIT QUITE RIGHT, WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?
Sorry about that, love! Let’s see how we can help. First, please email email@example.com with your order number as your subject. Let us know which items didn’t fit, and what size/color you would like to exchange it for. If the item just isn’t for you, let us know you’d like to get a refund. We gladly accept exchanges/returns within 10 days of the invoice date, as long as the items are unused, unwashed and all tags and labels are still originally attached. Once we have received your exchange/return email, you will receive a confirmation number. Just scribble that number on your Exchange/Return Form (enclosed in your package) and sent it on back! Shipping charges for exchanges/refunds are the client responsibility, however, S.TORY Standards will cover the shipping back to you! We highly recommend getting a tracking number when sending your package back, just in case something funky happens en route. Hope this helped!
