We want you to be happy with your pieces, and will try to accommodate you as best we can.
EXCHANGES: If you are having a sizing issue, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days of your shipping date as listed on your package. Please include in your email your invoice number and size/style you would like to exchange for. We will get back to you with a Authorization Number, please fill out your Exchange/Return Form provided in your package and send back to:

Shipping on all Exchanges and Returns are the responsibility of the customer, however, S.TORY Standards will cover the cost of shipping back the exchanged pieces one time.
RETURNS: If you are simply not satisfied with your order and do not care to Exchange your pieces, please email us at email@example.com within 10 days of your shipping date as listed on your package. Please include in your email your invoice number and size/style you would like to exchange for. We will get back to you with a Authorization Number, please fill out your Exchange/Return Form provided in your package and send back to the same address listed above. We will refund your money within 48 hours of receiving your package. Please note that there is a 3% restocking fee for Returns.
Please note that all pieces to be Exchanged or Returned, MUST be unworn, unwashed, with tags and stickers still attached and untampered with. Any pieces that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted for Exchange or Return.
If, in the event, that you are not happy with your Exchanged items we will gladly issue you a Store Credit code to be used without an expiration date. Unfortunately, we are not able to do more than 1 exchange per order.
Any purchases on Sale or Promotion items are FINAL SALES and cannot be Exchanged or Returned.

We ship out orders every Monday and Wednesday of each week. So if you place your order on Friday, for example, it would leave our Hawai’i office on Monday.
USPS Regular Shipping (FREE on US orders over $175) usually takes 5-7 business days
USPS Priority Mail usually takes 3-4 business days
FEDEX or USPS Rush Delivery usually arrives within 2 days
Just a friendly reminder that if you are requesting a Rush Delivery, please email firstname.lastname@example.org BEFORE placing your order to let us know when you need your package by and we’ll try our best to assist you!
For Domestic orders, please select shipping method at checkout.
For International orders, please allow up to 2 weeks to receive your package. We strongly recommend purchasing insurance for your shipping, as we are not held responsible for any lost or damaged items due to traveling. As a courtesy to you, we do offer free shipping insurance to packages $350USD and over.
We appreciate your friendship and business and do not share, sell or auction your personal and private information to any company other than S.TORY Standards. We collect your personal information such as name, address, email, etc. when you sign up for our newsletter or purchase from our site. We use your mailing address or email address for marketing purposes, with your consent. If at any time you decide you no longer want to receive promotional emails or notices from S.TORY Standards you may opt out of our newsletter at anytime at the bottom of the email.
